JetBlue Pilot's Neighbor: "He's Always Cheerful"

A neighbor and friend of pilot Clayton Osbon was surprised to hear about his outburst aboard a JetBlue flight Tuesday. Osbon's actions caused the co-pilot to make an emergency landing. He has been charged with interfering with a flight crew.
