I am an attorney in practice given that 1994. To say that I have been less than impressed over the years with any sort of MBA/"corporate speak" would be a grave understatement. I did (and nevertheless do) locate significantly of it to be unintelligible talk for the sake of talking. And that is saying something coming from a litigator. Undoubtedly, the notion of "branding" was not familiar to me, nor has it been important to my practice (government, massive firm) more than the years. Still, I am now, gladly, in a tiny firm in private practice. Desiring to build my small business and "stand out" among the quite a few lawyers out there, I came upon the book "Achieve Brand Integrity". At initial skeptical, my doubt was instantly assuaged in the initial various pages. This book is much less "corporate-speak" and more "normal-speak". It breaks down the method of branding into ten understandable, sensible truths. It targets the leaders of an organization and impresses upon them the significance of: setting the example certainly searching inside and examining the entities' core beliefs becoming prepared to accept that what we all thought was the way to "stand out" was in reality having the opposite impact. But most importantly, this book makes sense. It really is effectively-written, cogently presented, even funny in places. It is readily apparent that this author is passionate about his subject matter. He knows it intimately and shares it brilliantly. If it helped me implement new methods in the context of a law practice, I can only consider how it could transform a firm, substantial or little. Superb.

Lederman sets it all out so well. This is a large contribution that if made use of will empower any company of any size to distill brand integrity in their workers. This book is uncomplicated to read and tends to make it all so straightforward to comprehend. I truly wish I had this resource to refer to 15 years ago. I make it a standard practice to give this book to each new employee that I hire.
